The Horny Goat: Reviews & Ratings
We had dinner here for the first time in seven years. The food was still just as good as I remember, the service friendly and attentive, and the vibe of the whole place was laid back and just "here for a good time". Pictured is Hog Heaven and the Goat burger, both equally delicious! The fries were the only downside. Once they started to cool off, they became dry and not as tender even with condiments. But I would still eat them again, just first before other food. Overall it is awesome servings and service for your money
The current online menu is outdated & doesn’t reflect the changes made since there recent move. Which is a shame, because the new menu is a big Improvement. The old menu at wasn’t bad. It was just a bit limited. I remember having a difficult time committing to something — not because anything sounded bad, but because nothing felt like the perfect choice. Everything was solid. But nothing pulled me in. The new menu is a different story. Now the hard part is choosing because several items genuinely stand out. It feels more intentional & well rounded, with more of their unique personality & range. It went from “this looks good” to “I want three things & can’t decide.” makes them a very strong restaurant option where I’d comfortably bring just about anyone
Waited a little bit for seating, unclear where to wait for the hostess, but we got water right away. Seems a good place for people of all ages. House salad w/ sesame soy dressing: pretty good Pizza (mean green+the big apple): both could use more crust but toppings were great! Fish and chips: delicous
The new location is awesome. Way bigger and a lot better parking. Owners are great they find time on a friday evening to hit every table and make sure food and drinks are perfect. The servers are also great and friendly. Absolutely love this place. Cant wait till the theater is done.
My partner and I got the mountain man burger which had elk instead of beef, really yummy! I also had a blood orange mimosa which was one of the cheaper drink options and a good portion for the price paid! Lots of liquor, beer and spirit options. Despite there only being one server working tonight, we got our food pretty quick and the bartender checked in with us often. Really enjoyed dinner here and would eat here again!
Good selection of food, good service. Nice new venue. Cocktails way too expensive-$16?! Stuck with beer. I left a 15% tip and later found they took a 20% tip on my credit card, watch your receipts.
Came to town for a meeting and looked for a place to have some good beer and dessert. Loved the name so we had to try it. The dining area was super cute. We walked through to eat at the bar. There was plenty of seating in the regular dining area and a nice little outdoor area to sit as well. The bar had a great vibe and service was awesome. We had some cake and a few beers. Wish we would had ordered dinner because everything they brought out looked and smelled amazing. Highly recommend this place!
We were there on New Year's Eve and had a delightful time. The three of us had the fish sandwich, the shrimp and sausage garlic pasta, and the Korean Firecracker ribs. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, and we were served hearty plate that left us all beyond satisfied. The drinks were also great, strong, tasty, and honestly I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items. Service was great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and we can't wait to see them in their new location. We will definitely be back!
